Parimal "Perry" Patel - Partner of BPR Hotels, focuses on acquisitions and development, hotel operations, and strategic financing. Perry strives to challenge himself and the team to look at opportunities in an unconventional way and find ways to reposition an asset where there lies an opportunity. His passion lies in design and thinking out of the box.
In December 2012, Perry was a recipient of "40 under 40" by Silicon Valley Business Times - an award for rising stars in the Silicon Valley
Perry Patel serves on several local organizations including Berkeley’s Downtown Business Association, YMCA Central Bay Area Association, and is a member of Cornell Hotel Society. Perry along with his father have started a scholarship at UC Berkeley for future entrepreneurs.
Mr. Patel earned his degree in M.I.S. from University of California, Berkeley and later went on to pursue a Masters in Management Hospitality from the Hotel School of Administration at Cornell University.

What does building a sense of belonging mean to you?
It’s when you’re in an environment where you can just be yourself and everyone and everything around you embraces it.
Greatest Strength you learned from your parents?
Too many to list – my parents have taught me that you can never stop learning: ask questions, listen, and meet everyone I possibly can.
What is your favorite BPR Hotel & Why?
All of them – I have grown up in each hotel, and each hotel has a special memory for me.
